Description
Reskins the combine soldiers to have arctic camo

Does not reskin the Prison Guards, Bad Cop, Clone Cop, or Scar Zero.

Please make a separate version of this adron without replacing the elite soldier (because his costume is already white, and its color blends in with the snow).
