Beskrivelse

Having dynastic kinslaying illegal in your religion shouldn't mean that familial and close kinslaying are merely shunned. They are ordered backwards in the code (close kin doctrine makes all 3 types illegal), this fixes that.

Confirmed this is still the case as of 1.9.

So does "Fixed Kinslayer trait impact on relatives being reversed to the severity level of the trait" mean they fixed this issue?

Where did they say they fixed the problem, was it in patch notes? I thought about submitting a bug request but I see there are multiple threads currently open for this issue on the PDX forums still.
