Improvement: Nuclear Vault

- Prereq Tech: Advanced Ballisitcs. Can be built on any flat terrain.
- Can store up to 4 Nuclear Missiles. Has room for two additional land units.
- All units un this tile are immune to Fallout damage.

Important Note

- In Sapiens, units suffer 30 dmg if they end a turn on a tile with Fallout.
- Workers with Fallout protection (Adv. Ballistics Tech) only suffer 15 dmg per turn.
- Nuclear Missiles cannot be purchased with Gold, and take a long time to build.
