Port from a Warhammer 2 mod, since the original was deleted decided to ported.

Gives Lord Kroak +30 Winds of Magic power reserve, -100% Miscast base chance, 25% Targeting Spell Range, 50% spell mastery, 1200 barrier hit points, and Chance of Winds of Magic changing in strength 60%.

This mod should be save game compatible since it only changes Kroak's innate skill effect.
