VISUAL CHANGE ONLY.

Better Heat warning messages. This was always my number one pet peeve with the original vanilla HUD. It never did enough to grab your attention.

-Changed mid range heat warning to .71 (was .75)
-Changed high heat range warning to .85
-Added slow flash for mid range heat warning
-Added faster flash rate for high heat warning
-Made mid range heat warning larger (1.8x, was 1.6)
-Made high range heat warning even larger (2.2, was 2.0x)
-Changed mid range heat text to "Heat Warning", High Heat still says "Heat Critical"

Heh, welcome to the club, same specs here... Alienware 3425DW OLED HDR, my pride and joy, heh. o/

Yep, that "not pressed against the glass" is precisely what I was asking about as I also prefer it... hopefully it really is just a matter of FoV, wiill check later on, already 4:30 am round here.

And once more thanks for spending your time helping me out here, very much appreciated! =)

i'm on a 34inch 3440x1440 ultrawide. I don't remember what I run on my Steam Deck but its not quite that high i'm pretty sure. I also use many of the "Yet Another" mods and Bobberts Advanced Zoom mod from nexusmods scaled up to be like enhanced zoom from MW4 Mercs. I like it looking like you're in the cockpit not pressed up against the glass.

That's pretty high, are you running Ultrawide like me, or regular?
Normally values beyond 100° tend to result in fisheye, how's that on your end?

I just checked, Its currently set at 110.

I'll try and see if that's all it was, thanks again. =)

I do run my FOV a bit wider. I think around 100.
Homer Morisson 9 月 11 日 下午 7:06
Nah I actually meant the cockpit itself, for one you see much more than I do (higher FoV? Mine's at 90°).

For another it looks different from my Atlas view, but again, maybe it's just the FoV?

Oh, and I have the cooldown pips on. That is an option in the vanilla game settings.

You might be referencing the compass numbers? I don't think the game comes with those. Thats a mod. Theres a few of them.
