T-15 Plasma Pistol (Yes I know it's actually supposed to be T-25, but there are like 4 dang T-25 something in the Covenant arsenal and I can't have the magazines named the same lol)

Now has dependency for The Grenade Mod by JTurp and Chipstix, and I gave the plasma grenade its Halo audio back
