Phantom Floored is a heavily modified template.

This war paint is a combination of both Misfortunate (for it's operation_template for inner wear) and Damascus and Mahogany for its texture placement.
The only difference between the raw code of Damascus and Mahogany and Phantom Floored is adjusting texture_layer_2s scale from 1.0 2.0 to 1.5 2.0 for every weapon but the Disciplinary Action, Minigun, and Brass Beast.

The only things you will need to update are loc_desctoken, the defindex for the operation_template (which is labeled as ENTER_NUMBER_HERE) and the following texture filenames:

texture_layer_1 and texture_layer_1_blue is floorboards
texture_layer_2 is red_carpet
texture_layer_2_blue is blue_carpet
inner_layer_1, inner_layer_2, and inner_layer_3 are floorboards_wear
