Ok. I will add court positions that are powerful agents in hostile schemes against you. Court physician, food taster, cup-bearer etc.

1.2 Patch Notes allows doctors to treat themselves, and also makes it more likely that they will "mess up" your treatment if they are trying to murder you. It states.

I checked through the physician events and didn't see any opinion related option. They do their duty even if they hate you.

Could you please explain it to me? do you mean when you have good relations with your court physican, you can make them kill the patient?

Could you please add Court Physician as a person of high importance? Since the game has been updated to add the option of deliberately administering disastrous treatment when you want to kill a sick person.
