That addon is a model-level fix, which breaks reanimation mods. It says in the description.

for some reason, this mod conflicts with https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=2305884387 and it completely breaks all the animations

Finish up those MW2019 vanilla weapon animations, they are the best L4D2 weapon mods around.
