I think I got it after completing the first job.

Pure Purely Scrubbing dirt is my calling!
I think I got it on the second job after completing it 100%.

Rapid Rider Beating the time of 0:30 on a rally track is a real challenge!
During Modernization, pickup the remote and pass through all nine checkpoints. You have to destroy the wall first.

Darts' Dude Straight into the center of the dartboard, and then the same 2 more times!
In the job "Moving in", go into the bedroom and to the dartboard then push Play. Throw the darts (available on your left wrist) into the center, you can stick close to the dartboard if you want to do it easy.

Deft Detecitive When the mystery of the mysterious burglar is solved...
Got it after completing all the jobs. (I think it's a bug, it should have popped during the burglar job)

Plates' Popper You don't have to be angry to throw plates at the walls!
Spawn a plate and drop it on the ground so it crashes, do it 19 more times (total 20) and you'll get the achievement.

Revealed Renovator Any repair crew is nothing compared to me!
Got it after completing all the jobs.
House selling-related achievements
First Flip The sale of the first house was successful!
This achievement will unlock after first sale.

Super Seller Selling sand on the beach or a house on the estate is not a big deal for me.
Buy and sell all house once.

Fish Fate Oil stains had to come from somewhere...
Buy "Fish House", clean it completely and sell the fish painting (that's how I got it).

Alex Loves wooden furniture and baking.
Buy "Own nest", clean it, sell everything, buy ten wooden chairs and 10 paintings with wooden frame (I used the one with the deer in a blue night)

Artist Loves art and colored walls.
Buy "Fish house" and sell it immediately.

Businessman A real estate agent.
Buy "(Not)office house" and sell it immediately.

Jelo Loves vintage furniture, blue colored walls and TV.
Buy "Own nest", clean it, sell everything, paint all walls blue then buy 10 of these vintage tables.


Kamil Loves dark green walls and music.
Buy "Own nest", clean it, paint all the walls with a dark green and put 5 speakers (the biggest ones).

Mystery Indeed.
Buy "Crib for peter alber house" and sell it immediately.

Patrick and Kate Just started a family.
Original Solution
Buy "Own nest", clean it, sell everything, buy a bunk bed and buy a double bed

With the help of another user Patrick and Kate has finally been solved. I have thoroughly checked the instructions below and found where you actually place the items makes a huge difference but don't think you need to replicate my image pixel by pixel... its not that specific. • Buy "Own nest", clean it and sell everything except the doors. ⮩ it really doesn't matter if you sell the lights or bathroom radiator. • Buy a bunk bed and put it in the living room. • Buy a double bed and put it in the small bedroom. • Buy 2 of every toy from the toys category, put 1 of every toy onto the double bed and 1 of every toy onto the floor in the small bedroom. https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=3361180949



Student House prices matter.
Buy "Own nest" and sell it immediately.

Taia Loves decorations and blue furniture.
Buy "Own nest", clean it, sell everything, buy ten blue kitchen furnitures and 10 paintings with wooden frame (I used the one with the deer in a blue night)

Yurii Loves sport and e-sports.
Buy "Own nest", clean it, sell everything, buy ten gaming chair (look like office chairs) and 10 curved TVs.
Other achievements
Eggs' Executor No egg finds ease!
Spawn an egg and drop it on the ground so it crashes, do it 19 more times (total 20) and you'll get the achievement.

Remote Ride By using Remote Car!
Spawn the RC car and keep driving it. to make it easier, you can make it go round and you'll get the achievement.

Basic Boomeranging If you love something, let it fly!
I got it by throwing the toy boomerang multiple times (20 ? to be confirmed).

Nice N-shot n = 100
Spawn the Pistol toy then shoot 100 times with it.

Teddy Time! C'mon, grab your Simon!
Spawn the Simon(dog) toy.

Rich Renovator Collecting $300,000 wasn't a big challenge!
You'll get it before completing all the jobs.

Great guide except for Patrick and Kate, I can't get that one to unlock at all using your method, something has been missed with this one

They finally popped for me i did it this way.

The family one : you need Double Bed - Bunk bed - Toys & lot of FOOOD
Jelo one : Paint the wall blue & added some vintage tables & old tv's everytime more and more untill it was him. But when you add more go home & go back to the house to RE-Evaluate

The achievement Jelo & Patrick and Kate won't pop for me, i got always the same buyer even after following this guide.

I don't know if anyone will see this but if you do, how do you get Patrick and Kate do buy your house? I have tried the method listed and so many other house combinations, nothing works. When I do the strat at "Own nest" either the student or the real estate agent buys. never Patrick and Kate, any help is appreciated thanks!

For Super Seller it didn't unlock after selling each house multiple times. I don't know the exact unlock criteria but it seemed to unlock after selling (Not)Office for more than the amount you get if you try to sell it immediately. The description of the house after buying it seems to describe some type of beach property.

I tried doing Fish Fate so many times and it didn't want to unlock. I even sold all the furniture to make sure I could scrub every single spot. Not sure what finally unlocked it for me in the end.
