Questions-Answers 1-15
1) Q: I cannot trade with players. My trades are limited to 1B$ / 1m items. What to do?
A: If you play through Steam, your profile must be public. You also have to have $5 worth of purchases on your Steam account.
Android. You must be logged in through your Google Play account.
IOS. You need to log in through Game Center.
Buying any DLC in game removes this restriction.

Verification can be verified at the HQ, in the "verification" section.

2) Q: How do I start the game again?
A: The leftmost building, called the "Swiss Shop" and looks like a flying plane around the planet. There's a world map there that says "Start in New City". When you click on it, a world map appears where you can choose any available city. You can do this whenever you want, no matter how much money you have.

3) Q: Why do I need to reset my city? How do I get swiss and what are they for?
A: When you reset your city, you get swiss. You need these to buy upgrades. You can find upgrades in the Swiss Shop.
The Swiss depend on your market cap and are calculated according to the formula:
(market cap^(1/3))/100. (1B=10 swiss, 1T=100 swiss, 1Qa=1000 swiss, etc.). This doesn't mean that 2B will give you 20 swiss. To double the number of swiss you need 8 times the capitalization. i.e. 20 swiss is 8B, 40 swiss is 64B.

4) Q: How many swiss do I need to collect for the first time?
A: The first upgrade you need is the Production Multiplier, which costs 100 swiss. So you should aim for that amount.
Tip: It's faster to get 33 swiss three times than it is to get 100 swiss once.

5) Q: What's the point of the game?
A: Obviously, to build your industry. You build factories, produce items, sell to players, get money and develop further. There is no ultimate goal of the game. It's all up to you. Have fun and enjoy the game.

6) Q: I missed the tutorial. How can I watch it again?
A: In the city of Oslo you can do this in the "HeadQuarter" (looks like a castle). If you open the settings, just below you can see "Redo Tutorial".

7) Q: How do I make money fast?
A: It's very simple. Look for items on the players' market that they buy very expensive, and sell them.

8) Q: Why do I have no power and nothing works?
A: For your buildings to work, you need power. You can get it from power plants. In the early stages of the game you will need wind turbines or solar panels.
Later you can use coal, gas, petrol or uranium power plants.

9) Q: There is no research in my lab. How do I research a building?
A: In order for you to have research available, you must research the previous ones. For example, to research fashion, you must have researched clothes and shoes.
Likewise. If you don't have a basic resource on your map, you won't have research associated with it. For example, on maps where there is no uranium, you will not be able to research anything associated with it. (The exception is Hong Kong City).
Also try turning on the "AL Circuit" or "Chroiron" or "Fuel Dynamite" or " Gas/Coal Liquidator" policies. This should open up a couple of research studies.

10) Q: How do I know what I need to research for an item?
A: Open the building menu by clicking on an empty tile. Type in the search for the resource you want. It will show you everything related to it. Those items you need to produce will be required for you to research.

11) Q: How do warehouses, resource boosters, industrial zones, trading with players, crowdfunding work?
A: You can read about all of this, here:
guide about warehouses, trading with players, crowdfunding work. (The guide is a little out of date)

guide about resource boosters, industrial zones.

12) Q: There is no resource I need on my map, where do I get it?
A: You can buy it on the player market (by asking someone to sell it to you). Also, you can use swiss boost and open all resources for the resource explorer. But this most often does not make sense, because it will not allow you to open research related resources that are not on the map (exception Hong Kong City).
You can also take a look at the policies. Perhaps something will help you replace the desired resource with something else.

13) Q: I did something and my Swiss decreased. What happened?
A: Most likely a market reset happened. It happens every two hours (exception Hong Kong, it happens every hour there), and it changes local prices and stock ratings. The rating is what affected your market cap, which in turn affected swiss. The rating is always random, and can be from -50% to +50%. Also, the rating is the same for all players (exception Hong Kong).

14) Q: The cost of the research has changed. What does it depend on?
A: The cost of research depends on the price in the trade center right after the market reset. Only those items that are required to produce the item being researched are taken into account.

15) Q: What is Tax / Tariff Credit System?
A: (Thanks to IdlePhil for the Tax information)
Tariff Credit is divided into the global Market Cap Credit and Production Credit
- Market Cap Credit by default is 1% of your Market Cap (can be increased with Swiss Upgrades + Swiss Boosts up to 20%)
- Production Credit is granted for each resource that you produce individually
- Production Credit is used up first, before your Market Cap Credit will be used
- e.g. if you produce 100M Books during the ongoing market cycle, you can sell 100M Books to any Book bids before being taxed, even if your Market Cap Credit is already used up from other trades
Tariff Credit resets with every market cycle (every 2h (In HK every 1 h)), i.e.:
- Market Cap Credit will stock back up to full (across all resources), it will NOT "replenish" during the market cycle by your increasing Market Cap, like it used to with the old Quota system
- if you plan on creating your own Trades (Bids/Asks) it might be best to do so at the start of a market cycle - especially if you want to buy massive amounts of resources that you run on a deficit
- Production Credit will go down to zero and "climb back up" as you continue producing the respective resource
- Therefore I recommend spending your Production Credit shortly before the market cycle ends, otherwise you'll just lose it
When exceeding your Tariff Credits, you'll be taxed for your trade according to the price difference to your local market value of the resource you're trading
- I recommend not exceeding your Tariff Credits, just leave the trade slider for other people's Bids/Asks on the default position or lower to avoid losing stuff to taxes
- especially at 100% Tariff Rate you will just lose everything beyond your Tariff Credit anyway
- If you sell at your local price (which was right after the market reset), you pay no tax
Questions-Answers 16-25
16) Q: How does the price change when buying or selling in the trade center?
A: After each market reset, each item is set a local price. When you buy an item, that price will go up. At first, you won't be affected much by the price increase. It will increase by about a couple of percent. But after the amount purchased reaches the amount produced during the last market reset, the price will tend to go up very quickly. As an example, if you produce 1 item per second, you can buy 7200 items without affecting the price (we produced in two hours), but purchases exceeding 7200 items will make your price go up faster.
It's the same for sales, only the other way around.

17) Q: I raised my local plastic price to 20k, why can't I sell for 20k?
A: Your influence on the price by buying or selling only affects you. The price for the game will always be what it was right after the market reset.
At this point you can only set a 0.2x to 5x of your local price. In order to place a higher price, you will have to wait for it to rise. Random is your friend

18) Q: My production jumps up and down. My production is " flickering " even though I am producing enough resources. What am I doing wrong?
A: The logic of the game is that if a building consumes, say, 100 resources in one cycle, then the game will wait until one building has 100 resources.
In other words, if you produce in 10 buildings of 10 resources each, the production will constantly blink, as it will wait until the resource in the building is accumulated, and that resource will be moved to the building that consumes it.
Warehouses can help with this problem, but it will take effort. The easiest way is to increase production and use the settings below
Resource Input Buffer and Input Capacity Override also can help you. (I usually use 20x and 200%).
For DLC2 owners, there are "multiple sources" in the building settings. This solves this problem completely.

19) Q: Are resources produced while I'm offline?
A: No. You only get money for "produced" resources and only for 240 minutes. This time can be increased for swiss.
Owners of DLC2 can get resources offline, you have to use Capacitors to do this. You can do this by using warehouses, you have output routes available for this. Also for production, you need resources in the building as well. Don't forget that)
But it's not worth it.

20) Q: How do I get a Battery Shells?
A: Use batteries as fuel. You can change the type of fuel in the Logistics Department (traffic light)

21) Q: Not enough battery. What to do?
A: The default fuel is the battery. You can change the type of fuel in the Logistics Department (traffic light)

22) Q: What are Capacitors for? How do you use Capacitors?
A: Capacitors can be used to make specific buildings run their production while you're offline.
You need to:
⫸ Produce Capacitors
⫸ Make a Warehouse with input route for Capacitors
⫸ Make an output poute of the Capacitors into the target building that you want to keed running while offline
⫸ Route input resources that are needed for the target building to run for a while through a Warehouse into the target building with input & output routes again

23) Q: My offline earnings are zero. What can I do to make it bigger?
A: Just grow your city. The more you produce, the faster you will start earning offline earnings.
Around 1B capitalization you are extremely likely to have offline earnings

24) Q: I can't sell or buy from a player, and I get errors. What to do?
A:
Failed to accept this trade, please try again later.
- Close the trade window and try to sell again.

Failed to accept this trade, please try again later: Maximum trade amount/value (1m/$1B) reached until you authenticate your account (please restart your game if your authentication is expired) - Your account is not verified. If you are sure that all the conditions for this have been met, restart the game.

Failed to accept this trade, please try again later: Trade not found. - Close the trade window and try to sell again.

Failed to add your trade: There's already a trade that offers better price - you should fill that trade instead. - There's already a trade on the player's market for a better price than you are trying to offer. Trade directly with a player who buys/sells at a price higher than yours.

Failed to accept this trade, please try again later: Your current save doesn't have the rigth to trade. Please go to headquarter for more details. - You have most likely made an import save. Please open the HeadQuarter (castle) and open the verification section, and click on the forced restoration of rights.
**The waiting time will increase each time you import by the formula N^N, where N is the number of imports in 30 days.

25) В: How do I transfer the save to another device?
О: 1. Make sure that the version of the game on the device to which you are going to transfer the save is not lower than your current version of the game.
2. Make sure that if you bought Expansion Pack on one device, you also bought them on another device. Otherwise the save cannot be transferred.
So, to transfer your save, open the HeadQuarters (looks like a castle), and scroll to the bottom. There you will find a function called "Transfer your save". When you click on the device from which you want to transfer your save, the game will suggest where you want to save your save file.
Next you need to move your file to the required device, then launch the game on the required device, and before importing check that your account is not limited (you can do this in HeadQuarters, under verification) Otherwise you are likely to temporarily lose the rights to trade. If you have all the green checkboxes, then feel free to import your file.

Thanks Allen for including my stuff!

Also for easier CTRL+F navigation:

"How do I get a battery case?" ==> in English they're called Battery Shells :-)
"condensers" ==> are called Capacitors (for offline production; also Farmland keeps producing offline)
