Twice as nice buff spells

What the mod does: Doubbel the effect duration of all buff and debuff spells, except spells that also heal or deal damage. All schools of magic should be affected.

Ballanced: no, not by CA standards but also not horribly OP

Spells are a realy fun part of WH3, but i find myself never using the buff spells. If I do use the buff/debuff spell I feel I can get of one charge or just one or two hits with a lord before the spell runs out.

This mod aims to make the buffspells more worth while and easier to use successfully.
Maybe now you can maneuver a little and not just feel you wasted a spell.
