2. Make as many Small/Medium/Large rockets as you can (40 each) and the facilities to go with them. Manually launch them full of concrete (I would avoid sending up LinkLink on these because too many LinkLink satellites will cause your game to lag - you can also turn off satilite view and LinkLink outline to stop lag). Doing this I was able to easily able to get 60+ launches per year.
3. Make sure you have as many launchpads as possible, this will ensure that your managers will continue to launch ships.
5. Build lots of Mega Hangers so that your Spaceships aren't sitting around waiting to land for long periods of time.
6. Make sure you have enough landing pads on Mars for all of your Spaceships to land so they aren't waiting.
8. Don't rely completely on your managers to complete launches. It will go much faster if you also launch rockets.
9. I launched a lot of rockets half full so that I could get more launches with the same amount of cargo (like I said at the beginning money shouldn't be an issue by the time you do this achievement).
11. Leave your game running; even with all of the tips I gave in this guide this achievement will still take many hours to complete so I would recommend finding something else to do while you wait.
If you have any other tips that helped you get the achievement you can leave them in the comments and I'll add them to the guide.
