This mod adds a new container to store your materials —— IO Storage Container
With this, you can have significantly less material instances in your game session which might be helpful for performance.

Item IO Framework
This version has better performance and is capable of storing any stackable item.


Buy or craft IO Storage Containers and use it like a normal one.

It removes actual items and add the number of them to the container's condition.
When you take items out of the container, its condition will be reduced and new items will spawn.

Yes, this container is designed to keep the material instance count at 8 if possible. When placed in a container linked to a fabricator, the fabricator can take materials from it directly.

If you are running an old campaign started before Material IO 1.0 update, use this version instead.
