Pick a teen you like for cosmetics, all teens have different advantages so that is good to keep in mind as well however non have overwhelming advantages so id suggest its best to pick via looks, (I main Leo).

- (GENERAL) As you level your teen(s) you gain the ability to unlock portions of the level tree which give you in game perks or cosmetics to be applied. I RECOMMEND B-LINING ALL THE PERKS AND SAVING THE COSMETICS FOR LAST. trust me non of the level tree cosmetics are super worth it you'll end up unlocking them and never using them. Having the perks however will benefit you in several ways, it wall allow you to have a slight advantage in game as well as expedite your "Journey" progress, essentially allowing you to complete missions for more rewards.

- (GAME PLAY) What took me a bit to learn was that the monsters have two primary ways to find teens in game aside from each individual monsters three "abilities", these two ways are vision and sound. as the monsters are played in first person and the teens are third person its important to remember this and USE IT TO YOUR ADVANTAGE. Keeping the vision and sound idea in mind while playing as a teen will help you hide greatly. losing a monster is as simple as jukeing it around a corner (VISION) and than slowing down from a run into a walk (SOUND) and ducking behind any given object and waiting for the monster to impatiently run away.

- (LOOT CRATES) At first it is fairly easy to write off loot crates but i promise is you stock pile the items you receive from these crates you will thank me later. its worth mentioning that some "journey" missions require you to apply or use some of sed loot crate rewards so be sure not to use them prematurely.

All monsters have unique attributes to be completely honest. each is good in their own way but non better than the other id say. Doll Master is a bit better than the rest if you take the time to learn how to control the dolls and hide the main body however, being the game is in beta i believe this will be balances eventually. Id recommend getting the hang of each monster and deciding which one is for you, i prefer wold for his abilities but sometimes i switch it up.

- (ABILITIES) Id honestly say the only key notes on monsters is getting good use of your abilities. i personally believe using them as frequently as possible is only to your benefit. ASIDE FROM THE ABILITY THAT ALLOWS YOU TO TEMPORARILY DISABLE THE TEENS ABILITY TO USE THEIR WEAPONS, that one is best saved and used in the what of the moment.
