7 assets in the pack, left end and right ends have windows and overhanging eaves on the sides, 5 middle buildings are flat, windowless walls meant for wall-to-wall placement
I created them as growables, but they look best when plopped and placed together by hand

Models range from 2535 tris to 1727 tris. LODs range from 125 tris to 101 tris with 64x64 textures.
All assets are 2x3 high density residential
1024x512 diffuse, normal, spec, illumination, color
asset shares textures with other modern townhome assets, use Loading Screen Mod to enable texture sharing
4 color variations, has a color map and can be painted with repaint mod
