Especially that the Bank costs 50k only clean money tu build, so compared to a Casino or Jewelry Store it is not always the best choice.

It depends. They are all in ratio 1:1, so Salsa Club 2 Days 300 Cost givest you 600, same for the Bank: 10 Days 3000 Cost gives you 30.000. So yes, the Bank has the biggest return, but you also need to wait the longest and invest the most - some times you dont have the money or the time, and then there are 27000 in the bank but you missing out the last 3000 dirty money and wait forever for the return. So it really depends on how far are you in the game - those buidlings have building costs as well - I would prefer a cash per day return / cost to build ratio.
