I AM NOT THE ORIGINAL CREATOR OF THIS MOD. I wanted to share this post to those who were unaware of this mod releasing. Credits to wakfu[CK] for the upscales and creating the mod.

Step 1

Go to "Killer7" in your Steam library and right click on the name of the game. You'll want to click "Browse local files".


Step 2
You'll be seeing something like this for your files. You'll now want to download THIS MOD.
mediafire (dot) com/file/rhwsgjdugub3o8y/Killer7FMVUpscale.7z/file
Replace the dot with a period when you put it in your browser.

Open the Zip. You'll be seeing this.

Choose to extract the files to the directory shown when you press "browse local files". Here's an example of what extracting to that directory looks on my end.


If it asks to overwrite files, then let it. You can finally enjoy the game with better quality cutscenes! :)
