Brighter Borders

Description
A small graphical mod to make the borders on the map brighter and more distinct. I don't really like how they appear "washed out" in the vanilla game, so hopefully this will fix it a bit.

Should be compatible with all other mods and saved games.

This just enhances them, it doesn't make them super bright. Try to play around with your monitor's settings.

it might be because of my monitor, but even with this mod i can barley see borders unless i zoom in closely.
