Counter-Strike: Global Offensive, But 9 Janu 2013 Demo_Viewer Version

Everyone asking from time to time; How can I play CSGO old version? It's very simple, Some still know this, But there is a problem, 2013 Version does not open when trying to open the Game after pressing betas in CSGO Settings on Steam, If you want to open the Game heres info:

program files (x86) > Steam > steamapps > common > counter-strike global offensive

And then press CSGO icon with mouse 2, open the game as Administrator, press open, After waiting, you can play 2013 Version.

BONUS: You can play with friends Online and LAN System. Beacuse still its working Present.

I wonder if CS GO Memorial Grand champion league for 10th Anniversary is confirmed in this version? :D :-D

funfact, its actually build from 2012 but i don't remember exact month and day of compile

It says
"FATAL ERROR: Failed to connect with local Steam Client process!"
and it says to make sure im running latest version of steam but i checked and I am
