Devourer Fix for Organized Containers - DE

Beskrivning
Makes acquiring the Devourer Leggings possible with Organized Containers installed.

I just added the ORGANIZE_RUNE tag to the flame runes, so the dragon statue recognizes them.
This shouldn't break anything. If it does, enable this only when you need to insert the rune.


Make sure this is loaded AFTER Organized Containers!
