Rubber Trees!

This mod adds rubber trees which yield rubber: a material that can be used for crafts that require leather for colonies who may not have access to it. Rubber trees require tree sowing research to plant, and rubber produced from the trees is somewhere between cloth and patchleather in stats. It isn't good, but it's intended for making leathery items if you can't get it anywhere else. They can grow indoors as well, making them perfect for your undergrounder or SoS2 playthrough.

(10/21/2022) I have added a new material called neutroprene! It's an upgraded rubber somewhere between synthread and devilstrand in stats that requires rubber and neutroamine to create. You can craft this material in the refinery. If it's unbalanced, let me know so I can tweak it.

I specifically made this mod because I couldn't find any good vanilla friendly "vegan leather" mods that added no other additional content and wanted to make boots and shoes from Vanilla Apparel Expanded without having to waste a resource I can't farm.
