Worth noting that just like how it doesn't update until March for January and Febuary, I think the graphs might be a month behind - I got it at the start of May but was only first for the previous 2 months!
There's a guide for that one here;
https://gamefaqs.gamespot.com/pc/359573-two-point-hospital-speedy-recovery/faqs/79855/level-3-pointy-pass
The advantage of the Wards is that the arrivals can stay in bed, and be cared for by the nurses and thus avoid deaths for long enough to get to 3 months. Same with the food, heat and toilets to be kind to those who might have to wait to get into the Ward. The seats keep them near it and stop them wandering and risking ill health.
It's an achievement that seems to be tied to the DLC which has a level specifically designed to stagger illnesses to give you a chance to pop it... when I tried on other maps I failed it constantly too, as I did trying to vary up the rooms in the DLC maps. But don't play the run sensibly; cheese patients into fast diagnosis, keep them in bed, and grab the majority but not all of the emergencies.
I have spent about 4 hours trying to do it in a fully fledged hospital on Betts Shore as well and can't get it that way either. Even just sending 1 vehicle to each emergency ends up with me getting so many patients compare to the bots that I defaultly end up with more deaths and failures than them even with fully decked out roos and trained staff. I have all the DLCs and this is the only achievement I am missing and tis making me miserable! I just want to get it so I can finally start Two Point Campus damn it!
