This guide is meant to be a reference for memories only, since the existing guides I found were rather lacking on the visual department.

The memories unlocked aren't fixed per location, but rather get unlocked the more you find of them, with the exception of the forbidden memories. For that reason, the memories aren't named per location.

You should also be aware that the memories shown in your list is cross-save. The actual number at the top indicates the amount you have collected for that specific save file.

You do not need the secret ending to obtain all the memories (in fact, it rewards none). Post-game does allow you to choose which act to replay, so don't worry if you missed some.

I may not have listed every single path where the memories may be found, but all the important ones should be there. This is purely for lore purposes, as there is no achievement related to collecting them all.

This guide may also contain visual spoilers!

The way I have set up the paths is this:

• Act 1: Without any Omensight
  
• Omensight 1: Cruelty. Corresponds to act 2.
  
• Omensight 2: Betrayal. Corresponds to act 3.
  
• Omensight 3: Transgression. Corresponds to act 4.

Follow Ludomir past the giant Indrik statue with his memory. There is a stone block in the right wall that you can push in to find a hidden room.

Before the siege bridge with the multiple barricades, knock down the pillar on the platform with Ludomir's skill.

Right after that, grab the explosive barrel and throw it at the cracked wall to break it. The memory will be right after the orange seal.
