No Incoming Horde Sound

Descripción
Simply removes incoming horde attack sound, that plays whenever you trigger car alarm, start an event, start new survival wave or random horde is spawning.

I play on the server where its always a lot of hordes spawn. And this annoying zombies screaming aka incoming attack alert sound happens too often. Didn't find any mod that removes this sound in workshop, so I made this. Maybe it's already done.
