Hello all,

Another asset from Palm Beach Series is Cay Community pack. There are seven assets in the pack (three condos, community center, reception, garages and pool). It is based on Mariner's cay condos and townhomes from Hypoluxo, FL.

Don't forget to use Loading Screen Mod by thale5 to enable texture sharing.

I love these assets, I saw them in a Biffa video and wanted to use them for a specific area that was perfect for them. My question is do people live in them or are they for decorative?

@HELLFIRE PRODUCTIONS they are a mod C:S devs didn't introduce any parking DLC or a patch yet

@thatgreengirl, that's ok, I read the same. LOL Tomas13TO does nice work on Florida condos. I use them all since I lived in Palm Beach County Fl. Now I live in the mountains cause all those condos are gonna be under water in 15 years at ground level. Glad I sold mine.

The Loading Screen Mod by thale5 isn't compatible anymore -> use Loading Screen Mod temporary fix for Airports DLC by Klyte45 instead.
