How a long time so called experienced modder like you said would not know how steam works in china? Just google workshop in china there are plenty of result telling you this fact, you are just only have eyes on the small areas you could find and jugded other with you own standard and with self-conceit, plus now you even do not have evidencr on "kickass uploaded the same mod", but I got plenty of evidence that "kickass give us full permission on here works". I dare you do something like this again.

This is totally bs for you never would know how modding works in China, worshop is partially disabled in china on steam, everyone from china need to use VPN or game booster to make workshops accessible. So workshop is really not a good choice for mod sharing in china, we mostly sharing mods in our own community like 3dmgames or Baidu Tieba, the workshop is the lastest choice we would use cause it is difficult for most player in china go get acess to it.
KA is now one of the contributor, waht you say now?
you want evidence I give it to you, he already give me permission to use his work and reupload on Baidu Tieba years ago, even some sources files from Vme pla mod, you can even ask pookie if you want. I doubt you even know any Chinese.
