描述
Ever wanted more control over your generals? Want to take a zero to hero? Or fire your level one old guard? This mod delivers!

With dialog, your generals, and how you treat them matters. Generals will come to you with requests, can be promoted to your inner circle or lavished with attention, and their opinion of you will contribute to the overall efficiency and skill of your army. In addition, new recruitable generals can help minor nations fill niche roles that hampered them in the past, now every nation can have a naval invader!
But be warned, having a bunch of layabout or upset generals may cause issues further down the line, including revolts!

Dialog should be compatible with most overhaul mods, including Kaiserreich and Old World Blues (limited functionality), This mod is complex and may not function perfectly in multiplayer, but please feel free to comment any bugs or balance fixes!

My Generals are always angry even if i pay them and always accept they request.
Am i doing something wrong ?

Cool mod but.....my commander asked for leave 3 times back to back while I sent him to Spanish civil war, first one was the second they arrived lol, and in those 3 times they were gone, they asked for pay raise, twice.
even with the "no commander power limit" I found my self unable to do main stuff.
plus it's...boring, nothing new happens, after 10 min I saw everything this mod had to offer.
I say make it so if your army is in actually war the generals should ask less to go back home, specially if they are fighting on homeland territory
for now, it's meh, but with some improvements it can be really fun :BalkanCross:

this mod is really cool but unfortunately is broken. I tested it with no other mods and with all DLC installed.

despite having *35* command power was unable to assign a commander to the inner circle :/

Can you make a mod where skip is just a general without the dialogue mod I like the idea of talking to your generals but it starts to get annoying when you have way too many and you are at a risk for a revolt.
