Allows you to fire planet killers on pretty much everything except stars I believe. Including your own planets. Have fun! comment here or message me if something doesn't work.

I don't think 4.1 added any new planetkillers? should be good. may be missing a trigger to help not break the game but this mod already has a really high chance of doing that. I'll go through it again at some point

I have now made the most sweeping change this mod has ever made - basically, if you can crack it, you can use any planet killer on it. also crackers have had most restrictions removed
