Go to the edge of the road, go right until ur cursor is touching a pile o'boxes far away, then run to them and move all of them by running into them, then grab the ElectroMagnet, also known as the Magnet Gun.
Run inside, parkour upstairs and do another parkour jump to a ledge, where you will find the apple shown in the hint with the key and the apple. run into it so it falls, and use the ElectroMagnet to grab it, and ur good!
