In the CONFIG menu, maximize. "Text Display Text" and "Auto-Mode Text Speed".
Now when you start the game, hold the CTRL button to skip through all the dialog, and right-click on the movies to skip.

To unlock the "Extra Menu", you need to complete both Story 3 and 4.

Once you have completed both stories, you would have unlocked two pages of CG and a sound gallery.
