I'm sick and no ambulances are coming, why don't you call them again dear.

If you find you always have sick or dead people in your city and no one comes to pick them up or your commercial buildings keep being abandoned due to no goods available then this mod will help.

Call Again will detect when a building has sick or dead people inside and no vehicles are responding and will add a new high priority transfer offer to hopefully get a response.

Call Again checks whether vehicles are already responding or a Transfer Offer is already in the system before adding a new one to ensure no double call outs occur.

The threshold when call again activates and the frequency of requests can be controlled in the settings.

Currently supports the following issues:

• Sick
  
• Dead
  
• Goods (Incoming)
  
• Garbage
  
• Crime - Airport main building only.

Patches ResidentAI.FindHospital to fix a bad vanilla bug with Eldercare, Childcare and Sick transfer calls. This is the same new improved patch applied in TMCE 2.5+ versions. It will not be applied if it detects Transfer Manager CE is running as that mod will also patch this function.

Also has an option to monitor cargo stations and automatically de-spawn returning cargo trucks. This can help dramatically if your cargo stations always have a long line of cargo trucks waiting to be slowly processed.

A lot of these features are now also built into Transfer Manager CE so if you are using that mod then you probably won't need this mod as well. This mod is mainly for those users who wish to use the vanilla transfer manager or an alternative one like Transfer Controller but would still like to have the improved transfer offers that this mod provides.

• Transfer Manager CE - Does all that Call Again does and lots more and they will just get in each others way.

  - This is the same new improved patch applied in TMCE 2.5+ versions that fixes a bad bug in the vanilla ResidentAI.FindHospital function. It will not be applied if it detects Transfer Manager CE is running as that mod will also patch this function.
  
• Design change: Check if sick citizen has an ambulance on the way first so we don't get any double call outs.
  - This feature now uses the improved offer code from the "Override Sick Handler" feature from TMCE 2.5+ which should significantly improve double call out issues.
