StickRPG2-HD is an unofficial HD mod for Stick RPG 2 I made that unlocks window resizing, allows native resolution fullscreen, enables the Steam overlay, and replaces some textures with HD versions.

You can find more info on the GitHub page[github.com].
Installation
  1. Download the StickRPG2-HD-vX.X.X.zip file from the latest release[github.com].
  2. Extract the zip file somewhere and run the install_stickrpg2_hd.bat file by double-clicking it.
  3. Stick RPG 2 should launch automatically through Steam, if it doesn't you'll need to launch it yourself.
  4. Wait for the mod to install. You can close the installer window once you see the "Done! Press any key to exit." message in it.
  5. Launch Stick RPG 2 as you usually would and enjoy!

i fixed the wmic issue

I put the updated script in here.This bypasses wmic and uses powershell instead ;)

i got it to work its a lil laggy, (fps drops) not to bad though ima stick it though

WMIC ISSUE

WMIC is deprecated and missing by default in Windows 11.
At the time of writing (23H2), WMIC is still available as an optional feature. In the Settings app, go to System → Optional features and click "View features" in the "Add an optional feature" row. Check the box for WMIC and proceed through the installation.

this is what fixed the wmic issue for me follow PS2 Chad Muska's link for the full page

Flash Issue
This1That1 has the link for that do what he says

copy the game from the og file and place the copy in the folder with the stickrpg2hd install, flash download, and the xdelta (i got it from the authors link)
run the install as admin wait till its done then run the new stickrpg2 director's cut in the folder

doing all of that then it should work for you cheers!

Would be cool if it actually worked. All I get is

Looking for Stick RPG 2 instances...
'wmic' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
operable program or batch file.
Couldn't find Stick RPG 2, please launch the game exe to continue.

Even tho the game is running and it launched it itself...
