You'd better set coast amount = 3, as all advanced products need "cellulose algae" and the farm need to be next to the water and the collectors need to be in water with depth of 2. Also, you need at least one path to reach the state.
You can set workers salary to 200%, so that you can get 400% pollution. In this case, I used only 4 advanced factories to destroy a town. I even built 20 factories to destroy a big city, what a waste of time:(

Additional notes. Make the map the smallest and resource amounts the highest. Re roll your map until you get only 3 (or less if its possible?) towns. You can only do this with the advanced component factory so you will have to pick an advanced component to make and setup every component needed to make it. I chose the Micro filament frame, made 6 warehouses in the middle of the map and filled them up. Then surrounded 1 town and air shipped over components. The centre of the town will change from it's name to TOWN CENTRE(ABANDONED) and this is all you need on each town. Their air purifier will come back online after a bit but you can ignore this and is probably a bug. Lots of afk time for this to build up components and enough money to place ~40 buildings.
