(To be honest, being new to this type of thing, I didn't know how to put the physics thing right, so here I leave you something so that it doesn't get complicated when using the model, just as I recommend removing the collisions, personal recommendation)

I think I know why, probably it was the furnitures addons. Maybe the kitchen furnitures part 1 - 4 since it's on beta but that's just me.

I resub the mod, but it didn't work.
