Improved Camera Panning

In the vanilla version of Age of Wonders III, the camera panning with the middle mouse button is inverted. The panning itself is also very slow.

This mod is fixing both these things and makes the camera movement in tactical combat a bit snappier, similar to Planetfall or the Total War games.

The mod is adjusted for in game scroll speed of 70%.

There should be no conflicts with existing save files!
