You need at least 1 point in the ghost tree for an ecm to open the atm. Other handy skills would be anything that makes you move faster or even gives you another ecm you could use to escape.

A low concealment rating is useful for when you are ready to make your escape.

For this to be successful you will need to check in the Grocery store for an atm, if it is here then proceed otherwise this speedrun will not work unless you are lucky enough to get the street atm open without anyone being seen.

1. Mask up next to the ATM.
2. Open the ATM and take the money.
3. Stay hidden behind the atm door until the van arrives.
4. Run to the escape.

Its that simple, this will only work up to Overkill Difficulty as on Deathwish the ATM's are not spawned.
