Built along an old highway route for manually driven cars, the I-94 supplies exciting street level racing through Chicago's business core.

what do you mean "exciting street level racing"? this is just normal chicago highway traffic

Ok, I'm originally from Chicago, and I didn't recognize any of the buildings on this map as buildings from the main business district of downtown Chicago. You'd expect to at least see the Sears/Willis Tower and maybe the Aon Center and John Hancock Center on a map like this. One building I did recognize, however, was the gateway arch from St. Louis. Not sure how that suddenly crossed the entirety of Illinois to end up in Chicago.

The track has been updated for 1.3 with improved scenery and lighting.

Great track setting and theme. The lines running along the sides of the track cause a little trouble with my eyes, maybe something to do with the AA. The entire track is sectioned off with large walls, with the city in the background.

It would be nice to see some audience stands and a little more open areas in the background, though the quality is great :)
