Console is accessed via "~" as you'd expect.

slomo [value]
Changes the speed of the game, default is 1

zhenme [value]
Sets how much money you have

sas (also noclip works)
NoClip mode (its stupid, I just did it since its fast to type)

giveall
Gives all weapons and ammo

neverrunout
Never run out of ammo

notrigger
Enemies don't react to you

tornado
God mode

hidehud/showhud
Does what you'd expect

givekeys
Gives all weapons and keys

I typed "debug" into the console, and although it said invalid command, it brought up an "AI debugger" overlay. Should add that to the list

wow it looks like no one played this game, the trainers and cheat tables are all outdated. the gameplay was horrible mix of Doom Eternal and old school shooter mechanics it became a slog to play, especially with its checkpoint system. Anyway there seems to be scant info regarding console commands disabling achievements, short answer it doesn't disable them. I tried godmode and noclip and the popped just fine.
