Welcome to the Gates For Dummies Guide, this guide is intended to get you and your client up and running through The Medium as soon as possible!

Gates are ways to enter other planets or make it safely across your planet. The first gate, through my info always brings you safely across somewhere into your own planet. Higher up will be a second gate, which if your playing with other people, will bring you to another planet. If your playing alone, do not even think about going to the second gate as all it will do is put you back in your base spawn.

The First Gate

To access a gate, your host will need to build upwards to the gate. Or when playing solo, build up to it yourself, building your client up to the first gate should be a top priority.

The Second Gate.

In singleplayer, you don't have to. But in multiplayer, it lets you connect to other player's planets, extremely useful for fighting ogres, bosses, and just getting special loot that cant be found on your planet!
