No, it was a mod that was not updated or it was your first time launching the Util DLL so it wasn't on the top list of your mods

A bit late , but I also received that same issue , it's still not fixed
System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException
It stopped breaking after uninstalling the nogrind mod so maybe it has something to do with that?

Got a small error from this and the Omori mod on loading: System.Reflection.ReflectionTypeLoadException was thrown
