1. Walk through the left door
2. Walk upstairs to the boss' office
3. Take the elevator down
4. Enter the rly big room (it has "mind control facility" above the door)
5. Make your way to the elevator button and push it.
6. Do not step into the elevator!! Wait ~60 seconds.
7. After 60 seconds, walk back to the very first button in the elevator room
8. Push the button

Can also get over the light bulb to the bottom of the mind control facility to get another secret
