In-game fps is locked at 62 even if you turn off v-sync, so here is solution how to fix it.

1. Start game and turn it off when you enter main menu.

2. Go to game saves folder -
Users\X X X\Documents\EA Games\Medal of Honor\Config\MOHAEngine.ini

3. Click CTRL+F and search for - MaxSmoothedFrameRate
and change value to 1000



4. Save changes and that's all ! Now your fps will be unlocked.
