Demots Mansion

This Queen Anne Style mansion was inspired by the Raymond-Demots house at 449 State Street in Adrian, Michigan. I introduced some custom variations to the porch and windows so it is not an exact replica of the real-life home.

This workshop listing is a package of four assets. It includes two residential low assets with white trim. One with the porch on the left-side orientation and the second with the porch on the right-side orientation. The home is placed on as 3 tiles wide by 4 tiles deep. Garage props that match the roof and siding textures of the home have been included in the package. These garages have to been set to the identical color variations as the homes.

The screenshots demonstrate there is enough room on the 3x4 tile to fit driveways and garages onto the plot with your own detailing if it suits your neighborhood.

With the color maps the siding on these assets each have four variations and are paintable with the painter mod.
