- gain immunity to damage and a 40% speed boost for 2.5 seconds when used
- 10s cooldown

console variables:
phase_cooldown - time to wait before using ability again, in seconds
phase_length - how long the ability lasts when you use it, in seconds
phase_speed_percent - percent movement speed increase to gain while ability active
