The idea behind the Ind flag is that it's an outwardly virtuous kingdom built on cannibalistic barbarians and dog people, so some bloodstains felt fitting.

If i could make a suggestion, Yomi, Shinuyama and Jomon should have different clan mon on the banners themselves to differentiate the ruling classes of the societies

Utterly amazing, I love how some of them have tatters or other flavors related to the lore, although i don't understand the stains on the Ind flag. my favorite being LA T'ien Chi, I think it adds a ton of Identity to the Barbarian kings.
