Introduction
While translating all three Dishonored games into my native language, I noticed numerous obvious and repeated typos, grammatical errors, inconsistencies, and outdated text compared to their counterparts in the games and novels. Since the translation tools I used were developed specifically for game localisation and are not publicly available, I realised I could contribute to the community by correcting the text, applying tweaks, and integrating community-created mods.

After researching and correcting the text, I contacted the mod creators to obtain their permission and invited them to join as contributors. The Dishonored games are already great, but I aimed to make them even better by adding extra polish while preserving their original style. My goal was to elevate the gaming experience with community contributions.

D2Fix is an all-in-one patch for Dishonored 2. It includes essential fixes and optional mods. These improvements refine the overall quality, enhance the gameplay, and make the game more satisfying for players.

I will update the patch at the end of the month. There are some changes. I will do the Text Corrections from scratch since I want to display the changelogs in detail.

Oh. That is a really interesting case. Let me know if you find a solution. It could help others too.

I was mostly installing it as I saw some people mentioning that they could launch the game while having an AMD CPU and an Nvidia GPU with this mod. No matter what I use, the game will crash so I couldn't even tell you if your mod is the issue. I saw someone mention that it worked fine tho which is what I was confused about.

Oh. My mistake. What I meant by install one by one was install one component, then launch the game and check if it is still crashes. If everything is fine, move on to the next one. That way we can find out exactly what component is causing the crashes.

I'm not quite sure what that means. I'm already dragging the files one by one into the base game folder (I tried with both replacing already existing files and ignoring them), I just tried again after verifying game files and nothing has changed.
I'm assuming I'm somehow messing up a part of it.

The process is fine. I am not sure what component caused crashes. I recommend verifying the game files and installing the patch files one by one.

Sorry I didn't see you asked what components I installed. I dragged the contents of D2_1, D2_2 and D2_5 into the base game folder. Was that not how to do it ?

No problem. Thanks. I appreciate it. I am glad I could help.
