For all of the "beauty's" (each girl), click on them and spam click in the middle of all three and you should get a win (over 3 points), if you dont try again and maybe try only rock. Once you unlock all images and get the achievement click on the 5th image, go to the dots and use all of the toys on the girl. Rinse and repeat for all girls.

For the 3 hidden achievements you will need to use rock, paper and scissors a certain amount of time, get an autoclicker and use it on each button until the achievement pops, i dont think you even need to use it but yeah.
