1. Under platform add 2 hover engines (Front/Back) disable them (clang near rails).
2. Place 4 gyros on corners (try have them in same rotation).
3. Place battery and Remote_control (or flight seat)
4. place Programing block and add "Leveller" script by p3st|cIdE https://psteamcommunity.yuanyoumao.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=1672723291
5. drop platform on rails
6. see if you own all blocks on platform
7. While platform sitting on rails Start the whole thing, recompile pb script and enable hover engines.
Hovering platform on single rail
You only need find way how to move forward / back and stop.
My blueprint is way too mody for workshop blueprints and i use my own code that i not want to share. Sorry
I used Leveller script by p3st|cIdE but change to his Gravity Aligner as that have more settings.
If you not want to use PB script you can also use "HoverEngine" for ballance your stuff but those are tricky to ballance with rail mod

I tried using the mod myself and couldn't get it to float on just one track
