Human Decal Enabler

I think this was in the game at one point, but for some reason the developer disabled it. I think its neat even if the decals cut off, so I figured I'd make a mod for it.

This mod now works with gorses.

This mod allows for decals to be displayed on humans, and also adds a decal toggle power. The decal toggle power lets you click on an object to change if it displays decals. If you click on an object with multiple parts, you will have to click on each part.

I read all comments, so if you have any ideas for other mods, feel free to leave them below.
That being said, I don't plan on updating this specific mod.
Someone's made a better one and I'd rather work on other things.
